Ananda Gajapathi Raju acted as hereditary trustee of the Sri Varahalakshmi Narasimha Swamy Vari Devasthanam along with 106 key temples across the coastal Andhra.

Through MANSAS trust, Anand Gajapati Raju made an uncompromising contribution to the nation by presenting the stalwarts like Sri V.V. Giri, former President of India, Prof. Swami Gnanananda, a renowned nuclear scientist, Major K.V.Krishna Rao etc.
Gajapati Raju served as Minister of Education and Health during which he contributed to the development and upliftment of the region through his political endeavors. In 2015, Ananda Gajapathi Raju embarked on a journey to build a 300 bed hospital and medical college spread across 40 acres in Vizianagaram through MANSAS trust.
Ananda Gajapati Raju and Sudha Gajapati Raju’s loving daughter, Ms. Urmila Gajapati Raju has bestowed upon herself to continue the tall legacy left behind by her beloved father. Urmila holds a Graduate in Economics from United Kingdom. She has been appointed a board member of MANSAS trust by Government of Andhra Pradesh. Urmila plays active role in carrying forward the roles and responsibilities of Ananda Gajapati Raju in truly transforming lives of millions of people.
